Objectives: The objective of this study was to present our experience and evaluate results botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) injection applied major salivary glands in children with sialorrhea. Patients Methods: Seventeen pediatric patients (11 males, 6 females; mean age: 9.6±4.5 years; range, 4 17 years) who underwent BTX-A were included the study. severity complaints about sialorrhea evaluated using Sialorrhea Frequency Severity Assessment Score (DFSS). scoring completed by parents before procedure at first, third, sixth month after procedure.
